Dual-Tank Softener + Carbon
96,000 grains. A dedicated tank for softening and another for carbon.

Dual-Tank Softener, explained
In a single-tank system, resin and carbon share space. Splitting them into two-tanks gives each one more media, so softening capacity goes up and the carbon lasts longer before it needs replacing.
One valve controls both tanks and backflushes each of them, which keeps the beds clean and extends the life of the system.
